I wanna take the time to thank all the vendors that participated in the event on Saturday. Even though it was a slow day, we made the best of it! I was still able to meet some wonderful people and small business owners!! Bought some super cute kids clothes and some delicious cakes and cookies!! Remember to shop and support local!! Today, on National Herbs and Spices Day, MCAHM honors the rich legacy and profound impact of herbs and spices in both culinary and medicinal traditions. These are integral to our curriculum and clinical practice.

Our programs emphasize the importance of herbs and spices in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), teaching students to:
• Integrate herbal knowledge with acupuncture and nutrition
• Understand the therapeutic properties of various herbs and spices
• Apply this knowledge in clinical settings to promote holistic wellness
