Inhale, extend one arm up towards the sky as you rotate your rib cage.

Exhale, lower your arm back down.

It's not too late to feel more confident on your feet this winter.

Join Traci every Monday in October at 5pm to strengthen your stabilizer muscles and practice your balance. It's ok if you wobble like I did in the video! We have a ballet bar on the wall to assist with balance.

Your balance only gets better when you decide to work on it.
