Located in The Village of Slinger, the newly developed Pavilion at Glacier Valley offers short-term rehabilitation, respite and long-term care. We at The Pavilion at Glacier Valley know that change can be difficult and the changes caused by illness or injury can be exceptionally trying. That is why our highly trained nursing and therapy staff will work collaboratively with you and your physician to achieve your goals. The Pavilion at Glacier Valley offers comprehensive healthcare services including: ◾Physical/Occupation/Speech therapies ◾24- hour On-site skilled nursing care ◾Trained wound care/ostomy providers ◾Intravenous Therapy ◾Respiratory Care ◾On-site Dietary Services ◾Piped in oxygen Our Mission Each patient has a unique set of goals that drives their healthcare decisions.
