🌻 Join Sharon Michele at NSPT for Chair Yoga tomorrow at 11am and Beginner Flow at 6:15! Jessica is away and will be back next week.

🌻 Sharon owns Girasole Studio right in Voorheesville where she teaches yoga and barre classes. You may have participated in her classes last year at NSPT while Jess was out on maternity leave. We are looking forward to having her back this week!

NSPT gathered for our annual holiday party at .little.dumplings last night! 🥟 We had a great time together, learning the origins of dumplings, and practicing the intricate folds! What a great way to gather around a table & learn something new this time of year✨
