Hello Everyone 👋🏼
My name is Heather and I am one of the Cosmetic Nurse Injectors here at Blessed Beauty Med Spa. Recently I had the Biote Hormone Replacement Therapy pellet inserted and feel like now it is time to share my honest review/opinion on it! 🤩
When my mom (nurse practitioner & pellet injector) and I went to Texas for the classes/training on it, I honestly didn’t know what it completely was at that moment. I am SOOO happy we went and I got to learn more about them and actually get them.
I am not sugar coating anything at all and everything you will read is 100% my honest review. 💕
If we can help more people feel better like I do, well I think we definitely accomplished what we are going for!
So here it goes! ⬇️

I wanted to share my honest experience with Biote Hormone Replacement Therapy pellets.
At 36 (why does that feel older than it should? 😅) and with hypothyroidism, I knew something felt off. I was constantly exhausted — like bone-deep tired — with zero motivation or energy to do anything. The frustrating part? Even though I was exhausted, I couldn’t fall asleep without taking melatonin every single night, and I would still wake up multiple times. I just didn’t feel like myself.
I decided to have my labs drawn to see if my hormones were out of balance — and sure enough, my levels were low.
After reviewing my results, I had a Biote pellet inserted, and I can honestly say I feel absolutely amazing. My energy is back, I’m sleeping through the night without needing melatonin, my mood feels stable, and I just feel like me again.
The procedure itself was quick and simple. There’s no downtime — I went right back to my normal routine. Pellets are typically inserted every 3–6 months, which makes it super convenient compared to daily creams or pills.
If you’re feeling constantly tired, not sleeping well, moody, or just “off,” it may be worth checking your labs. Hormone optimization truly made such a difference for me, and I’m so glad I listened to my body.
Feel free to message me if you have questions — I’m always happy to share my experience 🤍
Thanks for reading! 🤗
