Hello ! It’s been quite a week of festivities with St. Patrick’s Day, St Brigid’s Day, St.Joseph’s Day ( Father’s Day in many European countries), Eid Al Fitr, and the Spring Equinox occurring all in the same week! There have been many festivities, food, and family visits this week for many. The energy in the air is hopeful and welcoming of spring coming here in New England! I still have to pick up my zeppoles! That is my favorite part I also can’t forget the pistachio cake at Cindy’s diner, too! The absolute best! Obviously I have a sweet tooth! Anyway I digress…
I will be open for appointments tomorrow and still have some afternoon slots available for Reiki sessions. The morning is currently booked. I am closing Sunday to recharge myself and take a day of rest. I am grateful for you all booking and benefitting from the Reiki I share with you and am thankful that I am able to help heal so many of you mind, body and soul. It is my absolute pleasure ❤️🙏🏼🙌🏼. I wish you all a happy Spring and holiday week! Many blessings to you! P.S. yes that is my staffy girl, Molly Mae. She’s ready for all of the fun, too!

Hello and Happy Weekend! I’m sorry that I haven’t posted in a while, but I’ve been a bit busy fostering this little active guy for Rhode Home Rescue! Good news is that he has a meet and greet this morning so hopefully he has a love connection! Pets are so special and give us so much love. The connection to animals is truly a gift. Just to update you all, last week’s Reiki 2 training was wonderful and I’m thrilled to have attuned a Reiki level 2 practitioner to spread the healing energy of Reiki to others. Congratulations Chelsea!

I’m planning a Reiki 1 training per request in the summer months. Let me know if there is any interest. Inbox me for info!

Hello ! The Reiki 2 training has been moved to Saturday March 7, 2026 from 1-5! There is room for 2 more attendees! Cost is $250 and includes manual, certificate of attendance, and tools you need for the training. Prerequisite requirement is Reiki 1. Message me if you want to advance your Reiki skills and to register!

Hi ! I hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day with your loved ones!

On Saturday I am having a Reiki 2 training and still have space for 1-2 more people due to a cancellation. If you are still interested in Reiki 2 to practice Reiki on others and have had Reiki 1 send me a message! The cost is $250 and includes an instructional booklet, certificate of completion and a gift from me. I’m really looking forward to it!

I am fully booked on this coming Sunday and have opening the following weekend. I am currently only available for appointments on weekends.

Hello ! This is a gentle reminder to care for mental health and check in with your friends and family. Life can be stressful and it gets hard sometimes.
