🐟 Healthy Recipe Spotlight: Chili Maple Glazed Salmon Bowls

Sweet heat, bright colors, and nourishing ingredients — these Chili Maple Salmon Bowls are the perfect mix of energizing and comforting. Ready in 20 minutes and meal-prep friendly! 🔥🥗

Ingredients (2 bowls):

For the salmon:
• 2 salmon fillets
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
• 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper

For the bowls:
• 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
• 1 cup steamed broccoli
• ½ cup shredded carrots
• ½ avocado, sliced
• Lime wedges + sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
2️⃣ Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt + pepper.
3️⃣ Place salmon on a lined sheet and brush generously with glaze.
4️⃣ Bake 12–15 minutes until caramelized and flaky.
5️⃣ Build your bowls with rice/quinoa, veggies, and avocado.
6️⃣ Add salmon on top. Drizzle leftover glaze + squeeze of lime.

Celebrate the day with a nutritious twist. These simple, soft cookies are perfect for seniors, caregivers, and anyone who loves a guilt-free sweet.

Healthy Oatmeal Banana Cookies (3 Ingredients!)

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup raisins or dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
Mash bananas in a bowl.
Add oats and mix until combined.
Fold in raisins or dark chocolate chips if you’d like.
Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
