Elite Speed drill for max velocity.
This build up run into knee bent bound variation focuses on explosive vertical/horizontal power and improves sprint mechanics.
Focus: Involves higher knee drive and a deeper range of motion on landing, which engages the glutes and quadriceps more heavily.
Application: Better for building overall leg power, acceleration, and general running form.
