Using external feedback is a cheat code.

Teaching technique is a process. Outside of the obvious constraint "what it should look like" strength is often a limiter for youth athletes.

Using external assistance allows athletes to get into shapes/positions they don't have the strength to create.

This WB Acceleration Drill is a great option for strength & technique geared towards the drive phase or sprint start.

All of our metrics encompass our high level athlete development system currently ranging from 1-4. This system not only determine athlete training level and physical capabilities but paves the way for what they will be learning and how to level up along the way.
