This is a passion project using 30 years of experience as a physical therapy / occupational therapy practice to expand into a full self development center. Our goal is to addresses multiple areas of health and wellbeing. We offer professional services in person or remotely and also plan to provide some free resources as well. We will be scheduling health and lifestyle coaching sessions with certified health and lifestyle coaches in early 2026. We are already scheduling individual fitness and performance training sessions supervised by a licensed physical therapist.
