We are a preferred provider for most insurances and we bill insurances for you. Smithfield Chiropractic has been serving Cache Valley and the Logan area for over 50 years now. Dr. Ira Crawford joined the practice in 2001. He graduated with Highest Honors from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR in 1998. We pride ourselves on service and building a personal relationship with our patients that is unmatched in the valley. Dr. Ira Crawford believes that great things happen when you treat people the way you would want to be treated. In 2010 our office moved to a new facility between Logan and Smithfield, at 1177 So Main St, Smithfield, that provides us with more space and state of the art equipment.
