Have you heard of 🧊 Freeze & Say?

Turn your living room into a silly snow zone.

How to play:
1. Play some music (or clap/count if there’s no power).
2. When it stops, everyone FREEZES like an ice statue.
3. Call out a prompt:
• “Find something soft!”
• “Touch something blue!”
• “Show me something you wear!”

Before they move again, they say what they found.

Why it’s great for speech:
• Builds vocabulary
• Practices following directions
• Encourages full sentences
• Gets energy out without screens
