When I first began practicing self-Reiki, I wasn’t focused on “manifesting.”
I was focused on feeling better.

Calm. Centered. Present.

What I’ve learned over time is this:

You cannot deliberately create from a dysregulated nervous system.

Creation from urgency feels like grasping.
Creation from calm feels like alignment.

Self-Reiki taught me how to:
• regulate my energy
• quiet mental noise
• release emotional charge
• respond instead of react

And from that space… clarity emerges.
Aligned action feels natural.
Opportunities become visible.

Deliberate creation isn’t about forcing outcomes.
It’s about stabilizing your internal state.

Calm is powerful.

My week in Austin was a special kind of magic… and this felt like a whole new timeline opening. ✨

From anchoring light on the 11/11 portal, despacho ceremony, crystal grids, fire ceremony, and providing quantum healing sessions…
to nature walks, lake mornings, boat rides, a morning in the city, and a night watching fire dancers — it was a beautiful blend of sacred + fun + free.

Here’s to life, expansion, laughter, ceremony, friendship, and the frequencies we anchor wherever we go. 💛
