Gear up by next Sunday 11/3!
It’s that time of the year again… fall back and gain that extra hour of sunlight, but what about my child’s sleep?! Here’s how to tackle it:
☀️About 4 days in advance (Wednesday), adjust your child’s entire schedule by 10-15 minutes later each day! This will have the schedule bumped out to about 1 hour later by the time Saturday evening rolls around.
☀️Get out in the natural sunlight on Sunday & the few days after in both the mornings and afternoons to help adjust their circadian rhythm.
