In the last 45 days I have lost a total of 14lbs and I’m so proud of myself 🥹🥲🙏🏽
The first pic on the left was taken 2 days after Thanksgiving I weighed in at 160lbs. I was eating non stop leftovers, & prior to the holidays I wasn’t taking the best care of myself. I was snacking too often, on empty calories.
Maybe you wouldn’t expect that from me, but even life gets in the way for me too sometimes and I am human, open, and honest to share that with you all🫶🏽 if I can make all these changes you can do it too!
Was it easy? No, it wasn’t to be honest. I did this all naturally, ate smaller portions, wore my to prevent me from binge eating at night. Through this journey I had headaches, weened myself off basically all sugar (side effect), worked on cleaning my gut, helping my digestion issues & made so many other diet changes, and I am still working towards my goals, & being a better more healthy version of myself everyday!
With weight loss, or anything you want in life your vision and your will power, determination need to be bigger then that temporary feeling you get when you “give in” and break your meal plan. Don’t give in so easily, & don’t give up so easily!
You may not know where your headed or how you’ll get there but sometimes all you need to focus on is taking one step at a time, in the right direction, trusting that the dots will eventually connect. Everything will fall into place. Don’t keep delaying taking those small steps because there’s never going to be a “perfect time” to start working on your goals toward a better you. Life will keep happening no matter what. Let’s focus on becoming better, stronger, & healthier because there’s nothing more important than our health!
