For over sixty years, and through two generations, Brookhaven Opticians has strived to uphold its mission statement and code of ethics, which highlight the company’s dedication to provide quality precision eyewear, with a focus on fulfilling complex prescriptions, and serving infant and pediatric eyewear needs. Along the way, Brookhaven Opticians has grown from one location to four, and has solidified its reputation as a precision eyewear facility. The first Brookhaven Opticians location, on Main Street in the town of Patchogue, was opened by Arsenio R. Mastrorocco, became quickly known for its ability to execute eyewear prescriptions with incredible accuracy, and adeptness for fitting unusual and custom fabricated eyewear. Rapidly, Brookhaven came to represent the very best in eyecare services. Today, Paul Mastrorocco continues to follow in his father’s footsteps and adhere to Brookhaven’s mission statement diligently, maintaining a family-owned and operated precision eyewear facility. Brookhaven continues to be staffed by New York State licensed opticians with extensive experience in all areas of infant, pediatric, adult and post-cataract eyewear. In the hands of Brookhaven’s expert eyewear lab technicians, who use state-of-the-art lens fabrication and tinting equipment, every customer walks away knowing that their prescription was filled to the exact specifications of their eye doctor.
