💕 Having a backup doula that you can count on and trust is so important. While I was away this weekend, I had 2 clients go into labor. I was so incredibly sad to miss their birth but so thankful I had the coverage that I knew they were so well cared for and loved on. 🩷 Happy birth day, sweetie girl!

When you are new parents and you’ve just welcomed your precious new baby and are now responsible for feeding that baby, it can feel overwhelming.

I had seen first hand the difference it makes when parents prepare and educate themselves on means of feeding their baby before the big day. Less stress from mom/dad results in a more relaxed baby.

I never want this to be a barrier. So, I am including this in my package. Lindsay was a godsend with my 4th baby and one of my easiest breastfeeding journeys once we did some bodywork and tongue/lip tie revision. She’s worth her weight in gold, and I am so incredibly excited for my clients to feel just as supported as I did 5 months ago and still do. ☺️

A beautiful review from one of my January families who let me witness the moment their baby girl entered the world.

I never take it lightly when someone trusts me with such a sacred space in their story. Every kind word, every referral, every message shared means more than I could ever put into a caption. It’s what keeps this little business of mine going and allows me to keep showing up for families.
Nearly 100 babies later, and I’m still just as in awe as I was at the very beginning. So deeply grateful for every family who’s let me walk beside them… and for the ones I haven’t met yet!!

It’s a boy. 2/12/26. 7lbs 14oz 💙🥹

There is so much strength in a mother who walks into birth knowing her options and even more in one who trusts herself enough to change plans.
She came in hoping for a VBA2C, desiring the experience of labor and the chance to birth vaginally. She advocated, she labored, she listened to her body, and she stayed deeply connected to her intuition every step of the way. And when her labor shifted, she made another empowered choice. To meet her baby by cesarean.
This is what autonomy looks like.
This is what empowered birth looks like.
Not a specific outcome… but a mother who is informed, supported, and fully in charge of her decisions.

It was a surprise gender so hearing dad announce “it’s a boy” brought tears to my eyes. This “job” will never get old.
