We have classes including Basics, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and more Welcome to Smyrna's premier, authentic yoga studio. At our yoga studio, we have amazing yoga teachers who teach authentic and relaxing yoga classes with no distractions and no fads. Our yoga classes are perfect for beginners or those whom are advanced in their practice. Start out with our beginners classes and advance to Vinyasa flows. Cacao & Breathwork
December 21st 6-8pm
($45)

The Cacao (chocolate in its purest form) is organic and sourced from Guatemala where it is seen as ‘medicine’. The beans are lovingly cared for as they ferment under sunlight until ready.
We will honor the cacao and all the elements and as we sip its wonderful warmth, we will express our gratitude and send our intentions into the cup allowing them to permeate our whole being.

It is worth noting that as with many things the cacao may have contraindications if one is taking antidepressants (MAOIs), blood thinners or have heart conditions, uncontrolled high BP, IBS, pregnant or breastfeeding (due to caffeine) in these cases we will be offering herbal teas so you can still come and be part of this beautiful ceremony.

Followed by transformational breathwork and sound you will float home on a wave of bliss!
