We have classes including Basics, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and more Welcome to Smyrna's premier, authentic yoga studio. At our yoga studio, we have amazing yoga teachers who teach authentic and relaxing yoga classes with no distractions and no fads. Our yoga classes are perfect for beginners or those whom are advanced in their practice. Start out with our beginners classes and advance to Vinyasa flows. The best way to help your well-being is to enhance your fitness and mind power with one of our yoga classes. We value our community at Giving Tree Yoga.
