Next open water swim clinic at lake como is next week! Looking for input from all of you as to which day next week would be most beneficial: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday? Let me know your thoughts and also don't forget there is an ocean clinic at Bethany beach this this Sunday at 2 p.m.! Hope to see you all soon!

Hey there Swimmers!! We have an OCEAN open water clinic TOMORROW in Bethany Beach (mtg. @2 at Baja grill), and will be back at the lake NEXT THURSDAY from 5-7PM! Hope to see you there!

Ok swimmers!! Might be a little early to pull the plug, but we are getting traffic reports from the North that are NOT favorable to say the least, the weather has 80% chance of thunderstorms starting at 4:45 until 7pm, AND my local eyes in Smyrna says its been on and off the last couple of hours...I will make the call now to cancel tonight to give you the option to get something else in! I am looking at possibly doing something this Saturday is there is any interest, please let me know asap! See you next week for sure! ~ Coach

ALRIGHTY swimmers!! Next open water clinic is THURSDAY evening between 5-7PM @ the Lake! Please remember to bring your colorful swim cap, $15 bucks, and wetsuit if you'd like to practice in it(though it is not needed with our current awesome weather). Waivers will be handy if you've not had the chance to sign one for this year yet. See you there
