Kirk Family Practice is pleased to announce that we are starting an IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback (IASIS MCN) program. IASIS MCN is not a medical treatment but rather the retraining of the brain and nervous system. This is an in-office procedure that is completely painless and takes only a few minutes to complete. Each session involves attaching several small electrodes wires to various places on your scalp and then providing extremely small amounts of energy to the brain. If you think of your brain as a computer, the micro currents of electricity help to “reboot” the brain.
