Agape Medicine is excited to announce that we will be scheduling private and commercial insurance wellness/immunization visits starting March. This will include BCBS All Kids. We are working with Medicaid/VFC and will hopefully be able to offer Medicaid vaccines as well at Agape in the future. We can perform wellness exams/EPSDT visits just no immunizations at this time.

We are so excited to be growing at Agape and thankful to offer another service to our community 💜💙🍼🤰🏼💉

We have been contracted and will start seeing Viva on 2/2/26. You will be able to call Viva on Tuesday, 1/27 and have Kasey Wilson, CRNP assigned as your P*P. Call Viva Member Services to change P*P.

Attention all patients with United Healthcare- if you have to list a P*P please have it changed to Kasey Wilson, CRNP. You can do this on the portal or call the number on the back of your insurance card. This must be done to get payment for your visit. They are also requiring this for some referrals that must be sent on the UHC portal online starting 1/1/2026. Call the office with any questions or concerns.
