Me getting twice as excited as my clients when we get to play with our new toys in the office.🤩 These tools of the trade are how I keep going...hearing my clients are learning to treat themselves and find relief any time and get back to their lives....that's my fave fave part of this gig. I pick these tools because they save my body on the daily...It's my responsibility to show my clients how I would treat myself, and imagine that...it is exactly how I do treat myself.💃

Your body is more capable than you know...often we just need to give ourselves a chance and slow down enough to listen to it.🙏

I love seeing a client I haven't seen for a month come in with hydrated fascia, healthy ROM, and joy over how they are taking what we learn and teach in the room out into their real lives. 🥰🩷

I have the best job in the world.🤷🏻‍♀️

What a day. What a WINNN! 🤩

Today, Teall Massage was humbled and honored to be part of one of the largest playoff tailgate events of the season — providing recovery-focused bodywork alongside an incredible team of licensed massage therapists.

This event was especially meaningful because a portion of today’s proceeds directly supports a veterans charity. Recovery, service, and showing up for people who give so much of themselves are values we don’t take lightly. The Beast Bus crew absolutely understood the assignment. The work they put into this was impressive, to say the least!

What started as one therapist and a vision has grown into a scalable, professional team capable of supporting high-energy events, athletes, touring crews, and communities under pressure — without losing the integrity and human connection that make this work matter.

Grateful for:
• A team of LMTs that provided exceptional treatment work and worked their hearts out
•The opportunity to give back
• The therapists who showed up with excellence
• The connections made today
• The reminder that healing belongs everywhere — not just inside four walls

This is only the beginning.

Back to full healthy mode and back to our regular scheduling this week!

Yesterday was ROUGH. This week was a busy one with work and I had a gig with a lot of hauling around my table. Even though I have worked out every day since I've had this machine in my house, my neck went out yesterday after my first client in the morning.

The reason why I recommend what I do to my humans is simply because it's the story of how I have gotten my own body back to life over and over. It's always been a goal to be able to have videos for my clients.

I don't look cool and my body is still in pain so posting a video of just me isn't a joyride. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

However, it is a joy. Less than 24 hours and I would say I reached a 90% improvement.

Videos of me on a yoga swing or me working out or me in the banya is the last thing that I want on the Internet.😂 I have tried to figure out doing AI cartoons for different videos, but I haven't figured that out yet and sometimes what seems to be the perfect disaster ends up being exactly what we need. I am so grateful. Will be ready and continue training for a weekend full of massages for some amazing women meditating in the mountains this weekend.🤩🤩
