Our Defenders - Electronic Earmuffs! These are perfect for environments where loud noise is intermittent, and you don't want to have to keep taking your earmuffs off and putting them back on.
How do they work? Simply turn on the earmuffs and adjust the volume to the desired level to hear ambient sounds. When the environment becomes loud, built in compression technology turns off the microphones once noise levels exceed 83 dB.
These earmuffs offer both amplification and noise reduction, which helps users stay aware while still protecting their hearing during sudden loud activity.
Hear the race AND your friends... if you want to, of course! Leaving the volume down is always an option! We promise we wont tell them... 🤫
* Fun fact - These also come with an adapter so you can plug them into your phone for use with TrackTune and other apps that are important for race day! The volume on the earmuffs controls the ambient audio, and the volume on your phone controls what you hear directly from your phone!
