CONFUSED ON WHERE TO START?
Here are 3 simple things you can do today to change your body:
1. Protein-add 10g to each meal. This looks like 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt, a mini beef stick, 1.5 tbsp h**p seeds added to your salad, or 1 large egg + 1 egg white.
2. Intervals—find time today to add 20-60 seconds of intensity intervals 4x. This might look like skipping steps as you go upstairs, sprints on the tread, speed walking up the hill behind your house, or speed squats while you watch the Olympics.
3. Cut the junk—pick one food you know you eat too much of that comes in a bag or box and commit to eliminating it for 6 weeks.
Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard. We tend to overcomplicate it. Make small changes that create big wins.
