Join Haley, Taylor, and Koa next Friday for a FREE teen yoga class that's all about encouraging, supporting, and loving the teens in our community.

We'll move together, learn breathing techniques to help manage life's ups and downs and explore journaling.

Pre-registration is not required, but strongly encouraged and appreciated. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver. You can complete it online during registration or bring a hard copy to the studio.

This class is ideal for teens 14-18 years old. Teens should bring a mat if they have one (we have a limited supply available for use at the studio), a water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable clothing. The heat will be down for this special class, but the room will still be warm.

We can't wait to meet you for this fun Friday night event! 🌟

Gratitude Slow Flow - 90 Minutes ✨🧘

Put gratitude in motion this Holiday season. Join Haley for special, pop-up 90 minute Slow Flow. This extended class weaves mindful movement with intentional pauses, creating room to reflect, reset, and reconnect.

You’ll be guided through:
• Gentle warmups to awaken the joints and settle the mind
• Slow, steady vinyasa sequences that emphasize presence, fluid transitions, and breath-led awareness
• Restorative holds and reflective moments to acknowledge what you’re grateful for—big or small
• A nourishing savasana with guided gratitude meditation to seal in your practice

This class is suitable for all levels and encourages moving at your own pace. Expect a thoughtful, calming atmosphere that invites you to release expectation, honor your body, and leave feeling centered and grateful.

To express our gratitude for you, your support of Spark Hot Yoga and your commitment to your practice, this 90 minute class will be offered at the standard 60 minute class rate and free for members.
