We’re excited to welcome Dr. Bryanna Mantilla, Rheumatologist, who is now accepting new patients at our Snoqualmie Ridge Medical Clinic. Their clinical interests include inflammatory arthritis, axial spondyloarthropathy, systemic lupus, mixed connective tissue disease, and other connective tissue overlap syndromes. They also partner with the Arthritis Foundation through its Partners for Patients program.

Cooking for the holidays? Set up your kitchen like a pro!

Here are our OT-approved ergonomic tips:
- Use cutting boards at elbow height
- Alternate hands when mixing or stirring
- Keep essentials between shoulder and hip height (Little changes = big relief for back, neck, and shoulders.)
- Use a cushioned mat and shift weight often.
- Step, don’t stretch. Try one of these tips today and feel the difference!
