At Mountain Care, we have affordable and competitive daily and monthly rates for our residents, below the cost of the state average!

Do you need more information about state funding resources and financial assistance? We can help connect you!

Currently, we have OPEN BEDS for shared male and female as well as a COUPLES ROOM AVAILABLE!

We accept permanent residents as well as temporary RESPITE placements. We offer 3 levels of care. Starting with mostly independent, only needing supervisory care, to bedbound care. All our staff is a memory care certified. 

Mountain Care of Snowflake is located in the White Mountains of Northern Az. Our facility is within 4 hours of travel distance from most major cities in the state.
