We started LINK Nutrition towards the end of summer. It has helped doing this with my husband. We are both on the same page and trying to achieve certain goals. The motivation and accountability truly keeps us going. Since starting I have managed to not only lose weight but keep the weight I’ve lost off. I have learned about macros and logging in my fitness pal app. Tracking these things have helped tremendously in reaching my goals. Every day I make better choices for myself because I know I have accountability at the end of the day. When I make a bad choice I know I don’t have to continue doing so. I used to make poor choices with food and just throw in the towel and feel like my goals can never be attained. I know now when I make a bad choice I can turn things around and choose better options next time. My mindset has changed with the way I see food. I know when I choose food that loves me back I feel better overall and my energy is great versus when I choose food that isn’t the best for me I don’t feel great. I’m honestly so grateful for LINK because without it I wouldn’t have learned any of this and I probably would have gave up on reaching my fitness & nutrition goals. - Mia Sands
