Tinnitus can be more than a nuisance, for many it affects sleep, focus, and quality of life. That’s why we’re excited to share news about Lenire, a new tinnitus treatment technology.
- What it is: Lenire is an FDA-approved, clinically tested bimodal neuromodulation device designed to reduce the perception and severity of tinnitus. It pairs soothing sound through wireless headphones with gentle tongue stimulation to help retrain the brain’s response to tinnitus sounds.
- Why it’s different: Unlike traditional sound therapy alone, Lenire’s dual-mode stimulation has been shown in large clinical trials to help many users experience sustained reduction in tinnitus severity, and over 80% of participants would recommend it.
- How it’s used: After an initial tinnitus assessment, Lenire is used at home daily with short (about 30-minute) sessions as part of a personalized treatment plan.
If tinnitus has been affecting your day-to-day life, it may be worth learning more about whether Lenire could be a fit for you.
Call us at (806) 687-4327 for more information on how the Lenire could help you!

At Cornerstone Audiology, being genuine isn’t just a value, it’s how we care for our patients every day. We believe the best hearing care starts with listening, which is why we take the time to truly get to know each patient, understand their concerns, and make sure they feel heard and supported. Our goal isn’t just better test results, it’s real, noticeable improvements in hearing that make a difference in everyday life. Watching our patients reconnect with conversations, loved ones, and the moments that matter most is what drives us, and we’re honored to be part of that journey. We are constantly learning, growing, and improving our approach to ensure we’re providing the highest level of care and the best possible hearing outcomes for our patients.

A hearing test isn’t just about how loud sounds are, it’s about how clearly you hear them. At Cornerstone Audiology, we evaluate speech understanding, clarity, and how your hearing works in everyday environments. Because real hearing happens in real life, not just in a sound booth.

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness make the biggest difference 💛
A young man named Keaton found a set of hearing aids in a parking lot here in town and, instead of walking past them, he and his mom called our office to help find the owner. Thanks to the serial number, one of our audiology assistants, Kaylee, was able to track down the patient, and they were safely returned where they belong!
We’re so proud of Keaton for doing the right thing! That simple good deed meant the world to someone. Thank you for reminding us that kindness is alive and well in our community 👏✨

We have some exciting changes coming to our Snyder office and we wanted you to be the first to know! We’re getting a new look! We are creating a more welcoming space for patients by adding our very own waiting room! You're going to love it! Our office will be closed for renovation from, July 15th and will re-open August 4th.
During that time, our Lubbock and Big Spring offices are available to service your hearing needs. We also have virtual appointments available if you would like to see an audiologist online. We are saying goodbye to Dr. Beck who will be moving to Big Spring where we are running our Tinnitus Management Program to help patients in West Texas who suffer from ringing in their ears. These ventures will be her focus going forward, but she has loved the opportunity to serve you in Snyder!
And finally, we are welcoming home our very own Dr. Courtney Arnold who is a West Texas native and grew up in Snyder. Many of you probably know her parents Mike and Tammy Tyrrel and her in-laws, Joey and Diane Arnold, who all reside in Snyder.
She received her doctorate of audiology at Texas Tech Health Science Center (TTUHSC) along with her bachelor of science degree in communication disorders. Dr. Arnold is thrilled about coming back to work in her home town, saying, “I look forward to meeting and reconnecting with each and every one of you!”
Dr. Arnold is excited to see you and enjoy more time in Snyder as she takes care of your hearing needs!
