Been MIA- battling a migraine/TMJ pain 🙃

Thankfully I have been able to sit down and come up with Red Light therapy pricing and all things Red Light-

I’ll be posting no later than Friday- still have a few things ha that need to be finalized before yall can book - (it’s all paperwork and a sign forms) so it won’t take long!!

Sharing this here - I don’t share my other business pages to my massage page, but if you know anyone needing a little side job to play with kiddos and help when help is needed send them my way!!
Also, if you have a little that needs childcare ages 3-5 years we have openings as well
(Mother’s Day out- part time and even full time available!!)

We are seeking another substitute for our center:
•Substitute duties: help in the a classroom that is needed, diapering, circle time, centers for free play, cleaning the room/bathroom, etc.
- if interested send us a message here of FB to schedule a tour and a time to chat with the owner and/or Director

We have openings in our pre-k classroom for ages 3-5year old.
•daily small groups
•hands on activities
•free play at centers
•TRS regulated AND we accept CCS
•2 teachers that have been there 2 years
•live parent cameras 24/7
•daily updates sent to your phone

The sauna is a HIT in the Turner household- we are trying to part ways with it from our house to the shop.. it just hasn’t made it there yet 🤭😝

•Who thinks saunas are a health benefit?
•Who would be interested if I offered memberships for Red light therapy only?
-I have a red light sauna as well as just red light therapy-

Afternoon openings to sit in the sauna

Can sit in it up to 20 minutes but I recommend 10-15 minutes if this is your first time. Drink plenty of water before and afterwards
I personally sit in the sauna every other day and feel way better than I have been in a long time!
•this is a steam sauna so you will be drenched!
•been fighting a sickness? This helps with upper respiratory gunk!
•workout and have sore muscles- come on!

So many benefits from a sauna, it does have a red light in it, but I ordered more and currently waiting on those to arrive 🤭

Come get a sweat on!!
