Positive Outcomes, Inc. was established in 1999 as a therapy based company providing speech, occupational and physical therapy with a shared philosophy of educating children and families in natural environments. We believe that our innovative practices paired with family and community involvement, form positive outcomes and provide a strong foundation for the future. We believe that everyone has unique gifts unto themselves and we encourage all to share in this and celebrate our differences. We hold paramount respect for individuals, their families and our community. A Foundation for the Future: Since 1999 we have been providing speech, occupational and physical therapy as well as educational diagnostics within the Public Schools and through the Department of Health, DD Waiver program. In 2005, Positive Outcomes, Inc. became a provider for Personal Care Services for Socorro, Bernalillo, Catron, Dona Ana, Luna, Sierra, and Valencia counties. In home care, paired with our Durable Medical Equipment Supply division, allows individuals to remain in their home and receive care following illness. The Alberta House: Alberta House Preschool was established in 2006, and is our pediatric outpatient facility and day care. Within this facility, we offer parenting classes, Grandparents as primary caregivers support group, Family and Child advocate classes and infant/toddler massage and bonding classes. In 2009, Positive Outcomes, Inc. became a provider of Early Intervention Services for Socorro County. Alberta House Early Intervention services are offered within Socorro County and include the Alamo Navajo Indian Reservation. We specialize in providing support to children and their families within our community who have unique and diverse needs. Through our program we offer services within homes, community daycare centers, caregivers homes, and community settings.
