At the Gym you will enjoy everything from cardio to free weights to machine weights. We have a variety of classes and plenty to get you into the shape of your life. To match we have the lowest prices around with the most up to date equipment.

Okay, we can’t believe we even have to address this, but alcohol is not permitted at the gym at any time. We had a report of a situation this afternoon. We are pretty sure we know the offenders, but if you saw what we are talking about we’d like to hear from you so that we can take action. We have already involved law enforcement and this will be dealt with swiftly. We have always prided ourselves on maintaining a safe and clean environment to workout in without fear for personal safety. The security cameras ARE fully operational and catch every movement in the gym as well as the parking lot. Violation of the rules will result in removal of your membership without refund and if legal action is needed we will persue it.

We now have mobile credentials that allow you to drop your gym key card and use your phone as your gym card! To get the new phone access open your app (see previous announcement if you haven't downloaded the app yet, and click on "request mobile credential." There will be a one time upgrade fee of $5 to do this for our current members (new members just signing up will be charged $10).

Our new gym app is here to enhance your fitness journey.

Download it now to access your visit history, receive gym announcements, view statements, message us directly, plus more.

After downloading the app, use the one time login feature with your phone number to see your current account. You may then proceed to settings, password, click on reset password and then you can set your new password for future use.

We are super excited to add this feature at The Gym!

The big reveal is that next week we will be adding in a digital phone access card so you will no longer need your key card to get in. It will all be on your phone! This is not yet set up all the way, so you'll have to wait, but first step is downloading the app.

We are also adding in online sign ups for new members and renewals. You will no longer have to come in during office hours, it can all be done on your mobile device or computer!

Happy New Year!
We have some great stuff happening this year. Stay tuned. Offices are closed today, but we will be open tomorrow Jan 2. We had hoped to have some of our surprises ready to go but there have been delays. Should be very soon!

Guests are welcome to workout this week with an active paid member. The guest fee is $5/person a day. There is a cash box on the wall our you may use our venmo that is on the wall. Happy Holidays and thanks for visiting us.

To use the new reader, hold your card about 6” in front of it until it beeps. This is part of the future changes coming soon to The Gym.

Power is out, but we have solar. However, to conserve power we have shut off the lights and heaters temporarily so you can still get it! Just don’t use the cardio machines for now.
