The cauldron pot method is the best method! Argue with your mama.. 🔥 most restaurant teas Suck! Because they don’t know this rule.
lighter particles that are delicate and gentle like roses, chamomile, green tea don’t need high heat. Most tea leaves and flower petals get bitter if you boil it too high so you’re supposed to steep not boil. And if you microwave your tea, I’m offended.
Anyways 1tbs of loose leaf herb
8oz of water or 1 cup is the exact ratio.
Steep 5-20 min. If you want it strong like mine THE LONGER THE STRONGER!! Sometimes i let it sit over night for big batches
Half agave half organic raw sugar .
If I make a latte, I do have oat milk, half water and a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
For this video, I only did water and I only steep it for five minutes and it was still delicious.🤤
Maybe you’re not adding enough sweetener?
Maybe you’re not using springwater I never used tap?
Maybe you’re not typing it long enough or maybe your water temp is too high?
And maybe just maybe you should drink the tea anyways because it’s good for you and honestly most of us are not getting the nutrients and vitamins. We need every day for our body to function correctly.

The update nobody asked for but i do believe you deserve. Especially the people and the businesses that went out of their way to support me. Some amazing friends, colleagues, an old teacher blessed me. I wanted to quit. I was really debating on giving up and I was taking terrible care of myself during this time.
But the kind messages I did receive, and the donations genuinely helped heal me and helped me not to quit. It showed me that my community does care about me and does love me. Even if it wasn’t from the people, I most expected it from. I genuinely believe it’s a gift of God when he gives you clarity.
What happened after the destruction? I have finally legally been awarded. GOD TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! Evil lost, and good concurred. and not only did I walk away with redemption, but I walked away with clarity and I have a better support system and a better group of friends around me now.
I had some people tell me that maybe I was cursed and maybe I was spiritually being attacked.But God. Has never played about me. And he took care of everything. It just took patience. It took faith. AND REST!! And it took getting some terrible people away from me that I called friends and family.
To anyone who’s ever built anything from scratch. Anyone who has had the privilege of doing what they love and manifesting it in physical form and then sharing it with people. To any healer or community leader, or somebody who aspire to be such. Despair and heartbreak on your journey is inevitable. Because all journeys have highs and lows. You’re gonna experience things that seem unfair and that may very well break your heart. But that’s just life. It’s how you recover. It’s how you take care of yourself love yourself and talk to yourself. That’s gonna dictate what happens next. I honestly have been changed forever. I have been in hermit mode but God is doing amazing things behind the scenes. And you have to believe that you are on the right path and that your cause is just so therefore so will punishment be against your transgressors. Don’t give up. Support those who support you and bless those who bless you. .

This is the only thing in 2026 that I will spearhead myself. I have a lot of big amazing collaborations this year. And of course I’ll be at those, pop-ups the farmers market, etc. but as far as a party, tea party or anything else that I’ll be throwing myself I am not. There will be no birthday party this year. There will be no tea party this year. This is the only thing that I am offering that I had created the schedule for. A two day night retreat.
We have professionals who will teach us how to set up tents and how to make fires. Include included in the price is your place of stay, food, and all the herbal activities in between. We already have three people signed up
Student students are $100 and general admission is $200. That is a steal for seven full meals and over five herbal activities.
We will have live music shout out to the DJ and the guitarist that I chose.
Imo medicinal marshmallows for s’mores, we’re gonna make homemade Sprite and root beer, rosewater ans more.

Next week we are going to the aquaponic/hydroponic farms to learn about systems,Lights, indoor gardening ect.

Ahhh! Guess whos baking most of the delicious herbal infused Desserts for the ParTEA! 🤭
Ive had the pleasure of being neighbors with Courtney for several years getting up at@4-5 am running on 3-4 hours of sleep sometimes. deliriously doing what we love! And serving the community sidr by side!
I’m so honored to have Courtney debut their first vegan desserts by infusing are locally forged, hydroponically, grown, locally sourced, delicious herbs, and tease into the desserts directly.
If you miss the tea party on March, you do not want to miss the tea party this Saturday! The desserts are going to be on 10! And we’re gonna have such a good time 🙏🏾
