Happy Mindful Monday, lovelies!
We are back again with a short yoga sequence that is excellent for neck and shoulder pain- clients who work desk jobs, and/or standing all day, im talking to you! This short sequence can be done in the mornings before work or night bedore bed. It's a wonderful way to wake up and get some movement in before your day, or wind down at the end of a long one. It helps with mobility and stretches out those tough muscles that tend to get so tense throughout a work day. Try this and see what you think!
