Delicious weekend recipe!

Low Carb - Low Calorie
BANANA CINNAMON PANCAKES

Ingredients needed:
2 Bananas
4 Eggs
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Vanilla

• Slice up bananas
• Add 4 eggs
• Add 2 tsp vanilla
• Add 2 tsp cinnamon
• Mix to pancake consistency
• Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium low heat.
• Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
• After bubbles form in the middle of the pancake, flip for about 3-4 min
• Add unsweetened coconut flakes and cinnamon on top to decorate
