Don’t forget! You are what you eat, and your gut health is directly correlated with your skin health! A great way to improve your gut health is to eat more probiotic rich foods, think fermented foods like; sauerkraut, kimchi etc. Greek yogurt is probiotic rich and yummy! You can also never go wrong with fruits and veggies. Happy Saturday!

She’s a mom of 2 amazing kids and a Maltese furbaby.

She has a background working in cosmetic/plastic surgery administration as well as skincare products.
