If I hear a crack during CPR, I’m doing it wrong.”
👉 Reality:
That can actually happen during the first few compressions.
And that moment?
That’s when a lot of people hesitate.
⸻
Here’s the part most classes don’t talk about…
Training on a mannequin is clean and controlled.
Real life isn’t.
In a real emergency, you might hear cracking or popping.
There can be vomiting.
There can be bleeding.
That’s often what causes people to second guess themselves… and stop or ease up.
⸻
In my training, we talk about what CPR actually looks and feels like in the real world.
After 20+ years in the fire service, I’ve seen how these moments play out—and I’m passionate about preparing people for them.
Because it’s not just about knowing CPR…
👉 It’s about feeling confident enough to keep going when it matters most.
