At Asbury, programs like Kinnections Brain Health support cognitive wellness through personalized plans, engaging activities, and tools designed to help residents stay mentally active and connected.

Brain Health Awareness Week: Mind-Body Connection kicked off this morning with "Get Your Feet Wet" at the pool. Encouraging Residents to come to the pool today and tomorrow. Reminding them the benefits of swimming and including snacks and a drawing to win a gift card.

Today we had a Rock Steady Boxing Open House for Residents to observe and learn more about the class and also to see are current participants in action. Rock Steady Boxing is much more than a gym class - its a therapeutic, evidence inspired fitness program that empowers people to improve strength, movement, balance, cognition, and confidence through non-contact boxing drills and functional exercises. The structured routine and supportive atmosphere help participants stay active and enhance overall quality of life.

What a SWEET time we had at our Valentine Sweets & Treats event last Friday! 🍪🧁

The room was filled with music with Joel Tuminaro, laughter, delicious goodies, and the kind of joyful connection that makes community so special. From decadent desserts to delicious drinks to heartfelt conversations, every moment felt like a celebration of togetherness.

It wasn’t just about the treats (although they were amazing 😉)… it was about sharing smiles, stories, and creating memories that linger long after the last crumb was gone.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun and uplifting event. Your energy made it truly special! 💛
