Honored to be part of this Women’s Wellness afternoon at Unity Center Mosque of NE Ohio 🌿

I’ll be sharing a gentle chair yoga session focused on breath, relaxation, and mindful movement—accessible to all.
The afternoon also includes talks on women’s hormonal health and spiritual upliftment.

Shared the sweetest private Sound Healing session this weekend with a mom and her 9-year-old son at our Solon space 💛

He’s been having trouble sleeping, and after watching Sound Healing videos on YouTube, he was curious to try it in person. We started with some stretching and partner yoga with Mom, then settled into a relaxing Sound Bath. He even got to explore the instruments after — and already knows he wants his own little Himalayan bowl 🥹✨
