Cottage Health’s Virtual Car Seat Safety Class will help parents or caregivers keep children safe with the proper use of their car seat. Learning the core basics of car seat safety is a valuable skill for keeping your children safe on the road throughout childhood.

Each year, Cottage Health hosts a Veterans Day celebration to honor active and retired veterans, providing a time to gather, reflect and express appreciation for their service. This year marked the 13th annual event and featured a traditional remembrance led by retired Colonel Kevin Nelson.

As we observe Veterans Day, we are grateful to all who have served and are proud to recognize the veterans at Cottage Health who continue that tradition of service every day.

Regular mammograms remain the most important tool for early detection. The American College of Radiology recommends annual screenings starting at age 40 for women at average risk.

Women at higher-than-average risk may need to start earlier or screen more often. Talk with your doctor to find the schedule that’s right for you.
