Walking for peace isn’t just something we do across miles…
it’s something we practice inside ourselves.
These monks are nearing the end of a 2,300-mile walk across the U.S., reminding us of something radically simple:
✨ We cannot control what others do.
But we can control our attention, our goals, and our actions.
And when we choose compassion, kindness, and steadiness, research shows our nervous systems respond with less threat, more connection, more wellbeing.
So today, here’s the invitation:
What’s one small step you can take right now to walk with more peace than yesterday?
A breath.
A pause.
A kind word.
A mindful moment.
Every small step ripples inward… and outward. 🤍
