Introducing: Massage for headaches, migraines, +TMJD

For a while now I’ve noticed some very specific issues coming up in sessions

😐 Tight jaws
🤯 Headaches
😬 Clenched teeth
😖 Shoulders creeping up towards the ears

Many of us are carrying more stress than usual, often without realizing how much it’s affecting our daily lives.

Because of this, as well as my own personal experience and interest with these specific ailments, I will be completely refocusing my practice to help clients with chronic headaches, migraines, and TMJD!

From last weekend’s Relay for Life Atlantic County event-

A gorgeous day filled with laughter and tears, honoring the survivors and thrivers and the one’s who are no longer with us.

It was also an absolutely perfect way to honor my dad, who lost his battle 10 years ago this month (though I don’t love the word “lost”, these people fight hard as hell).

All in all, 100/10 day and I cannot wait to participate again in the future 💜🌻
