We’re excited to welcome Jenny Tronoski to the Strengthening Souls Yoga community!

Jenny is a 500-hour certified yoga & meditation instructor with experience teaching Vinyasa, restorative, prenatal, meditation, gentle/chair yoga, kids yoga, barre, and strength-based fitness. She brings years of experience helping students of all levels move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

“I can’t come to yoga… I’m not flexible.”

Yoga isn’t about touching your toes.
It’s about showing up exactly as you are.

Flexibility comes with time.
Strength comes with practice.
Peace comes with breath.
