It takes about 40 days to fully develop a new life-promoting habit. This challenge is your chance to do exactly that- strengthen your body, unburden your mind, and build a daily commitment to YOU.

Meet your hosts:
Alanna is a 500-hour RYT and the owner of Haven Yoga. Her hope is that every student who walks through Haven’s doors feels supported, seen, and inspired to grow in their own practice.
Abby is a recent graduate of our 200-hour YTT. Abby believes yoga is so much more than movement; it is a path to grounding, growth, joy, and perspective.
