Remember the tiny newborn Bernedoodle who melted everyone’s hearts? Well… she came back to visit us as the cutest five-week-old fluff ball — and let’s just say Dr. Barr is officially smitten. 😍

There were kisses, cuddles, and zero productivity because who can focus when a perfect little pup is in the office?! 🐶💕

Today we’re celebrating 11 incredible years with not one, but TWO amazing members of the BBO Smiles family — Claudia and Mel! 🎉💛
These two started together when we took over Dr. Gardner’s practice, and from day one they’ve helped shape the welcoming, caring, and fun culture our patients feel the moment they walk through the door. We truly couldn’t imagine our practice without them!

⭐️ Claudia – Treatment Coordinator ⭐️
Claudia is our queen of calm, clarity, and comfort. She has a magical way of helping new patients feel at ease and confidently understand the orthodontic journey ahead — all while bringing her warm, easy-going personality that patients instantly love.

⭐️ Mel – Front Desk Receptionist ⭐️
Mel is the face of our front desk — kind, thoughtful, and so genuine in the way she connects with our patients. Not only does she make checking patient’s in, scheduling appointments, creating our outgoing letters, and answering the phones look effortless, she notices every milestone, remembers every detail, and always makes people feel seen.
