Hi everyone!
I am back from Costa Rica.
This was a bittersweet seminar as my teacher and “second father” led and built this retreat for 25 years. Myself and my Colleague Scott doss taught 36 students from around the globe; in paradise. With the help of our amzing assistants Carol and Tricia we couldnt have had a more successful week.

The tradition and the legacy of this work will live on.

Happy 10 year anniversary to Hazardville Wellness!

10 years ago I made what felt like a scary decision to leave the previous practice where I was employed. It’s safe to say I never looked back.

The support of my family and of course my amazing clients that trust me to be a part of their health and wellness is truly amazing. Here’s to another 25 years of Hazardville Wellness!!
