Ring of Fire.
A release. A reset. A return to self.

There are moments in life when the light shifts just enough to show us what no longer fits.

Old roles.
Old patterns.
Old versions of ourselves that survived… but were never meant to stay.

Letting go isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet clarity.
Sometimes it’s simply deciding you no longer shrink to make others comfortable.
Sometimes it’s choosing nervous system peace over chaos.

The “Ring of Fire” reminds us that even when something is eclipsed, the light is never gone — it is re-formed. Refined. Reclaimed.

You are allowed to:
• Release what exhausts you
• Outgrow relationships or identities
• Change direction
• Want more alignment
• Choose authenticity over approval

Transformation is not destruction.
It is refinement.

If something is falling away right now, trust that it is making space.
If something feels unfamiliar, trust that you are expanding.

The new you isn’t someone you have to become.
It’s who you’ve been all along — without the weight.

Let it burn off.
Let it clear.
Let yourself rise steady, not frantic.

This isn’t about chaos.
It’s about coherence.
