This as a Valentine’s Day experiment. I skipped breakfast and had a sugary Valentine coffee, the data from the Stelo I’m wearing shows the spike….and the drop. Knowledge is power.

We are proud to continue investing in the future of our community’s youth by welcoming Jacob Weddle for his work-study this semester!
A senior at Southwestern High School, Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors and being with friends. He is currently gaining hands-on experience as he prepares for a future medical career. Opt for Skinny Mix snow cream for a sugar-free treat. It is worth noting that Brown Sugar Cinnamon snow cream garnered the most votes for sugar-free, while Mocha won out for the sugared version.
