As a reminder, with the elimination of Oticon Medical Friends, our Online Store is no longer available for use. However, you can still order accessories for your Ponto or Sentio System by contacting our Customer Service Team.
If you would like to order an accessory, such as ConnectClip, a softband, or safety line, you can use our new web-based order form to review available items, color and size options, and prices. Simply click the link provided on the page to see/download the form, then call Customer Service to place your order and pay for your items. If you'd like, you can fill in and email the form at any time, then call us the next business day during our normal hours to confirm receipt and pay. You can also call or email us with any questions before ordering or to follow up on a delivery.
