Bluegrass is having Grinchmas today! Our wonderful chefs prepared and carved the Roast Beast (roast beef) for our residents in the dining room. For their sides they enjoyed Who Mash (mashed potatoes), Cindy Lou Who Salad (cranberry fluff), Who Pudding (cheesecake) and a Grinch Roll. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!
