Counterfeit “Perc 30” pills are circulating in Philadelphia.

PA Groundhogs recently identified two light-blue pills being sold as oxycodone with the imprints "A|51" and "ALG/265" after reports of severe side effects.

Testing by The Center for Forensic Science Research & Education found a dangerous mix of xylazine, medetomidine, methamphetamine, and co***ne — and zero opioid content.

People who took these pills experienced:
• Blackouts
• Very slow heart rate
• Low blood pressure
• Severe disorientation
• Symptoms that continued even after stopping use
